Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you cannot make it to your reserved time slot, please advise us by phone 1.403.563.5434 or email cnpmuseum@gmail.com, at least 24 hours or more in advance.

• If you do not show up or give less than 24 hours notice you will not receive a refund.

• Over 24 hours notice: 100% of purchase price refunded within 5 business days.

 

Late Arrival

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your time slot. If you arrive after the scheduled start of your booking, be aware that your time will be reduced by the amount of time you are late.

Personal Belongings

Crowsnest Museum and its employees are not responsible for the loss or damage of any personal belongings.

Alcohol

Access to Escape the Barracks is prohibited to individuals who are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other intoxicating substances. We also do not sell or distribute alcohol. Alcohol is prohibited inside the rooms.

Access to Escape the Barracks

Crowsnest Museum staff reserves the right to refuse access to individuals without giving any explanations. Crowsnest Museum reserves all rights to seek indemnification should there be any deliberate attempt to cause damage to the exhibits, equipment, or facilities. We may also terminate the game at any time if participants refuse to comply with staff instructions or to abide by the rules set forth. There will be no refund of fees, full or partial, allowed.

Participants agree to be photographed after the game; Crowsnest Museum reserves the right to use these photos for promotional use.

For the safety of all the participants, children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by paying adult(s). The adult accompanying the minor accept this agreement on behalf of the minor and accepts responsibility for any use of our facilities, including the conditions listed in this agreement.
